Guaranteed Shipping: Our goal is getting your package to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we use guaranteed carrier methods that have a delivery date on each shipment. Most packages will ship UPS in carefully packaged foam filled corrugated packaging. In the event your piece is larger than 48” on one side, your item will ship in a wood crate that can be easily pried open. Wood crates are also packed with foam with extra protection.
Returns: If you’re not happy with your item and need to return it for any reason. We offer a 30-day return policy. 30 days from the time you receive your item, you may return it. Please contact us to begin the return process.
