Shipping:
- All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Transit times for UPS ground are 2-5 days once shipped.
- On each product page the processing times are listed. This is the amount of time it takes us to produce your order. Additionally, there are dates given showing when the order should be received if ordered today. If the order is needed prior to that date, please email us, support@birchandbuffalo.com.
- All packages are carefully packaged and secured with foam and dunnage. Every package is protected with insurance. If your order receives any damage during transit, we will fix or replace at no cost to you.
- All products will ship free to US customers in the 48 contiguous states
- Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping charges will need to be collected for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. Please contact us for a quote.
Returns:
- If you’re not happy with your item and need to return it for any reason. We offer a 30-day return policy. 30 days from the time you receive your item, you may return it. Please contact us (support@birchandbuffalo.com) to begin the return process.
