General Shipping information

  • Processing times, or the amount of time it takes to produce our pieces varies by product. Please look for this information in each product description.
  • Shipping Methods: All products ship via UPS. UPS has the best on time delivery rate and allows for the quickest delivery. Orders will ship UPS ground. Upgraded shipping methods ARE available, please contact us if this is required. If you need your packaged shipped with a carrier other than UPS, please contact us.
  • Transit Times: UPS Ground delivers packages in 2-5 business days after shipping, based on your location. A delivery date can be made available upon request. Your tracking information will also provide an estimated delivery date.
  • Packaging: Standard size products will ship in traditional cardboard boxes. Each package is carefully packed with bubble wrap, void filler, and foam for extra protection. Larger packages are shipped in wood crates. The wood crates are packed with foam for extra protection.
  • Shipping costs: All products will ship at no charge to US customers in the 48 contiguous states.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping charges will need to be collected for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Damages: Unfortunately, not all damages can be avoided. In the case that a damaged item is received. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Take photographs of the damages and email them with your order number to We will have your item repaired or send replacement at no cost. When photographing the damages, please be sure to take photographs of the packaging too.


Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds Policy

  • All orders outside of custom designs have a 30 day return policy. In the event you need to return your order for any reason. We will accept these returns for 30 days after delivery.
  • In the event that a return is needed, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us and we will help you set this up. Please be sure to return the package in the same way it was shipped to you. If returns have damages, we will deduct that from the credit you are due.
  • Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. However, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you need an item cancelled please contact us and we will do everything possible to help you.
  • If a package is refused by the customer and returned to us, we will charge you a restocking fee and shipping cost.
  • If a return is completed successfully, we will issue your credit or refund to the same form of payment that the original order was made in.
